QOU celebrates the graduation of the fourth group of specialized professional diplomas

On 21/08/2017, the Center for Continuing Education and Community Service at QOU celebrated the graduation of the fourth group of specialized professional diplomas. The Minister of Education and Higher Education H.E. Dr. Sabri Seidam attended the graduation ceremony and commented that his participation in this celebration comes out of his belief in the importance of vocational education in Palestine. Seidam emphasized that the MOEHE is ready to help Al-Quds Open University to launch vocational education programs as the future is for this sector, as it promotes development process in Palestine. Minister Musa Abu Zeid, Chairman of the General Personnel Council (GPC) said that the this graduation indicates deeper understanding of the state and institutions of higher education for this kind of programs and that vocational and technical education can play a role in achieving sustainable development in Palestine.
