QOU AND SAMOU’ MUNICIPALITY SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
Prof. Younes Amr, president of the University and Hatem Mahareeq Mayor of Samou’ Municipality signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in the development of marginalized areas (C) , whereby the joint cooperation between the two parties will be established in order to advance donor countries and obtain projects in order to enhance the municipality’s role in improving the living conditions in area (C) and connect it to areas (b) and (a) in Al Samoua area, using the expertise and capabilities available at the Center for Continuing Education and Community Service at Al Quds Open University.
